The rules for playing Fatebound and using our website, including your account, acceptable conduct, and the things we can and can't promise.

Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough under your local law to agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
Play fair. You may not cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorised third-party software, harass other players, or disrupt the service. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or closed.
In-game heroes, pets, items and currencies are licensed to you for use within Fatebound and have no cash value outside the game.
Purchases
Optional purchases are for cosmetics and convenience only and never affect power or matchmaking. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated in our refund policy.
Service changes
Fatebound is a live game. We may update, balance, add or remove heroes, pets and features, and we may change or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to communicate significant changes through patch notes and official channels.
Disclaimers
The game and website are provided on an “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We work hard to keep the service available and fair, but we can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
