Fatebound launches with over a hundred heroes and pets combined, spanning five rarities from Common to Mythic, and the roster grows every season. New heroes arrive with fresh art, kits and evolution lines — and because the game is fair free-to-play, every one of them is earnable by playing.
Not sure who to chase first? Our summoning guide explains banners, rates and pity, and the beginner's guide helps you build a strong first team.
Heroes are summoned using premium currency, which you earn steadily just by playing — through quests, arena rewards, events and progression. Summons come from banners, and higher rarities like Legendary and Mythic are rarer pulls. Because Fatebound is fair free-to-play, you can build a competitive team without spending; spending only ever saves time.
Rarity — Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythic — indicates a hero's ceiling and how rare they are to summon, not an automatic win button. A well-built, fully-evolved Epic with the right pet pairing can absolutely beat a poorly-played Mythic. Rarity sets potential; your team-building and play decide duels.
Yes. Every hero can be evolved through multiple radiant forms, each boosting their stats and unlocking new art. Evolution materials are earned through play, so even a hero you summoned on day one can grow into an endgame carry over time.
No. Fatebound is designed so that many heroes and team compositions are viable, and seasonal balance keeps the meta varied. The strongest team is one you understand deeply and have evolved well — not whichever hero is flavour of the month.
Jump into Fatebound free, pull your starter heroes, hatch a pet and step into the arena. No pay-to-win — just you, your deck and your fate.
